Exitman 'Sprinter'

In another of many collisions that ExitMan and scottish director David Mackenzie (Starred Up, Perfect Sense, Young Adam) have found themselves tangled up in over the past decade, they return here to fire their pistols for Sprinter, the title track from ExitMans debut LP. David had a desire to use found archival footage in a way that could resonate musically and came across this gem of scottish culture: A documentary about the legendary scottish sprinter Allan Wells called 'No Easy Way’. Allan won gold at the Moscow olympics in 1980. It compliments the song on many levels, and the nostalgia of 1980 reverberates in ExitMans subversive musical stylings.
